The following guidelines have been prepared to assist in your spa experience:
We would like every guest who visits The Glass & Pillar Spa to have a memorable experience. To offer that, we ask that while in our facility, all cell phones and pagers be turned off.
For many of the treatments available, guests will be provided with a luxurious robe and slippers to change into. Disposable briefs are available for Vichy and body treatments. During treatments you will be draped at all times to ensure your comfort and privacy. We understand some guests may prefer to bring their own swimsuit for these treatments.
The Glass & Pillar Spa does not provide child care. Those guests with young children are asked to find appropriate care for loved ones during their appointment times. Only those guests receiving spa services and treatments will be permitted in the spa areas. The staff and other guests appreciate your consideration.
Valuables
Jewellery should be removed prior to your spa treatment. For safe keeping we recommend that you leave those items and other valuables at home. The Glass & Pillar Spa does provide lockers but cannot assume any responsibility for the loss of personal items.
Arrival Times
To ensure that you have enough time to change and enjoy the spa surroundings, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. The spa offers luxurious men's and women's change rooms with fully equipped amenities and private lockers for your personal belongings.
Client Information Forms
In order to provide the best quality spa experience, we ask that guests complete a health assessment form. A health form must be signed by a parent or guardian for clients under the age of 16. This will allow our spa therapist to be aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
Reservations
We will do our best to accommodate you at all times. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you schedule your appointments 2-3 weeks in advance for the widest selection of appointment times and service available. At the time of booking a credit card is required for spa treatments of $60. or more.
Cancellation Policy
Our hours are your hours and spa services are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans do change, however, we do require 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Spa reservations for 2 or more treatments will require 72 hours advance notice of cancellation.
Any missed appointments, or cancellations of less than the required time will be subject to a 50% charge to a credit card for the treatments reserved. This policy allows others to enjoy our services and recognizes the value of our spa therapists and staff.
Gratuity
Please feel free to reward your therapist in appreciation for outstanding Treatments and Service. Gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk.
